Round the clock care for horses, ponies and donkeys

Avondale Veterinary Group has three full time dedicated equine vets with over 30 years experience between them. The equine service is available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, providing experienced equine veterinary care for horses, ponies and donkeys.

The Avondale Equine Service covers a wide area from Glasgow in the North, Moffat in the South, East Calder in the East and Galston in the West

We operate a shared out of hours service with our sister practices MBM Equine and the Equine Veterinary Clinic. This means you may not see your usual vet on some occasions when using our services out of normal working hours, but all medical records and invoicing will still be from your normal daytime veterinary clinic.

Our out of hours service is at the same cost as our daytime service with an additional surcharge of £90 (or £110 if between the hours of midnight and 6am).
